In collaboration with Editor, Cielito de Jesus, Patrick Neher has composed three volumes of progressive duets for bass students and teachers. The 21 duets span a plethora of techniques and musical styles, with Volume 1 being the most simple – with 9 titles, focusing on bow control and in the Rabbath 3rd, 4th, and 1st left hand positions. Volume 2’s six titles introduce more challenging left hand melodies in additional positions, with additional bow rhythm development. Volume 3 focuses each bass player on performance and developing their musical interpretations skills.
